Food and health

When seeking healingit, is important to notice the meaning of food to our health. Since we consume about 60,000–90,000 kilograms of food in our lifetime, it is not quite unimportant, what we put into our mouth. If we nourish our body with things that are harmful, at some phase – perhaps decades later – these harmful toxins can appear as diseases.

The Western countries are examples of countries having typical cases of diseases caused by the standard of living. These diseases are caused by a wrong kind of diet or too large amounts of food: they are caused by wrong eating habits.

On the other hand, the case may be quite the opposite. In some cases, a change in one’s diet can even lead to healing and offer relief to many problems.
